Cleanroom Operator 2 shifts
Join WILVO as a Cleanroom Operator: work with precision in a Grade 2 cleanroom, perform critical quality checks and contribute to high‑tech production in a fast‑growing organization.

What will you do?
Work in a Grade 2 cleanroom following prescribed clothing guidelines
Detect irregularities using blacklight inspection
Thoroughly clean metal products in a cleanroom environment
Perform quality checks based on work instructions
Sterile packaging of cleaned products
Prepare customer orders for shipment
Review the production planning and monitor order timelines using a tablet
Perform assembly work based on technical drawings (optional)
What do you bring with you?
Minimum MBO level 2 education (for example in metal engineering or a similar technical field)
Good command of English and/or Dutch (spoken)
A critical mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience in the metal industry and/or technical affinity
Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule is a plus, but not required
What do we offer you?
A competitive salary
A 38-hour work week in a two-shift schedule
06:00 – 14:15
14:15 – 22:30 (on Fridays until 20:30)
30 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
A performance bonus of up to € 2.000,- depending on company targets
